About Allegheny Garage Door Repair Expert of Lake
We are a garage door repair crew based at 150 Lake Dr in Wexford, PA, repairing and installing doors, springs, cables, rollers, tracks, and openers.
We work out of our Lake Dr office, which sits inside Pine Township, and cover Wexford, Pine Township, Franklin Park, Bradford Woods, Marshall Township and McCandless in Allegheny County, plus Gibsonia in Richland Township and Mars across the line in Butler County. Every town we serve is within about 15 minutes of the shop.
Door makers report that springs break most often in cold weather, and Pittsburgh International Airport sees a low at or below 32°F on about 114 days a year, so we expect cold snaps to bring spring and seal problems. Homes in our area run from houses built before 1950 to 2010s subdivisions, so we check springs, cables, rollers, tracks and the opener before we choose parts, and our truck carries the common ones.
A person answers your call. At the home, we give the exact quote before any work starts, then balance-test the door and check its safety features before we leave. On a winter call, we also check whether cold has slowed the door or thickened its lubricant.
